‘All of her inspo is so.. 2020?’

Hi you guys!

I literally cannot believe it’s been 4 years since my last blog post. 😂 If you’re still here hello! & if you’re new here.. Welcome!

Not sure where you’re reading this from, but here in Nova Scotia Canada, we’re deep in the heart of winter and let me tell you it has been COLD. I don’t remember a winter where we had so many minus temperatures, and the ice?!? There was literally a fight over salt and sand at a local department store yesterday because we’re short! I can’t make this stuff up. 😂

With all of these cold temperatures, it’s been one of the harder winters for me. It’s definitely feeling a lot slower and more stagnant than previous years and I know I’m not alone in saying that.

Although it’s been harder to get outside because of how cold and icy it’s been, I’ve been prioritizing treating this very chilly winter as the season for nourishment, movement and self care, while showing love and compassion to the ‘slow’ that likes to roll it’s way into our lives this time of year. We’re getting there you guys!

This winter has me circling back to everything that was working really well in business in my 2020 era.. remember that year? When all we had were virtual containers to keep us connected. The year of TikTok trends, toilet paper shortages, watching an entire Netflix series in one day.. (I may have done this a time or two since) The types of classes I was hosting, types of chats we were having.. it all seems to be circling back around this year but with a better energy around it, and I can honestly say that I’m here for it.

I have a little positive winter pick me up in store for you guys from the virtual perspective that I just know will help to transform your energy and allow you to feel supported, refreshed and inspired as we finish off this winter season.

Introducing our newest virtual container,

‘Space for the Space Holders,’ because who takes care of you?

On March 1st, w’ll begin a 6-week journey, that takes you right into spring. A space designed to nurture you while you continue to hold space for others. We’re here to be the support system that fits into your life, and not the other way around.

Our container will be 100% online via voxer, (my favourite walkie talkie app,) which means you get to come and go as you please. No time lines, no need to work around your schedule, just bring your belonging when it feels good & be welcomed on the regular by an energy that raises every time you do.

I can’t wait to support you throughout the rest of the wintery season through:

✨ Various wellness practices designed to bring peace and tranquility back to you. Things you may or may not have tried in a new light, and a place to reflect and chat about what comes through for you in our incredible community.

✨ Guided movement such as stretching to help bring energy back to your body in a way you’ll actually look forward to.

✨Flexible Schedule, yes you get to show up whenever you want to. The flow of our container allows for you to be the space holder that you are while continuing your own day to day ‘flow.’ We’ll be here to add to the magic of your day whenever you need us. 🤍

✨Communication during a season of isolation. The biggest gift I can provide you with at this time is the container of a supportive community that understands the power of holding space. Magical things can be done here.

So.. you must be wondering.. ‘What makes someone a space holder?’

The truth is we all are to some degree. If you show up for others on a regular basis, if others rely on you, if you provide care for others, benefit others, you my dear, are absolutely a space holder.

Some examples include but are definitely not limited to:

Business Owners

Health Care Providers

Movement Instructors

Mommas

CEO’s

Creators – artists, photographers, crafters

black sheep of the family (lol but for real🩷)

With all that you do in the run of a day, allow yourself the gift of having someone to hold space for you.

*Because this container is designed for space holders, this will likely be a personal / professional development write off for any business owners looking to add that creative spark and momentum back into their business this time of year. If you’re looking to invest in yourself and your work, this will fill many hats for you.*

We begin March 1st / only $111
