You can book with any of our girls here. Please note that all 1:1 appointments and classes take place on the second floor of the HB Studios Sports Centre known as the ‘Loft,’ and all classes will move to the main level in the back right corner of the building effective September 28th 2025.

Shae
Known as ‘The Stretch Fairy,’ the brands CEO Shaelyn Elliott wears many hats. She is an RMT of 10+ years, a stretch therapist, facial massage instructor, thought leader & movement muse offering weekly classes such as Barre, Pilates & Stretch.
You can find her consistently in the massage therapy room Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, and offering movement classes Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings.
Erika Jefferies has been a resident RMT for over 3 years with us. You’ll often find her working evenings, using a deeper tissue approach, and gravitating towards treating things such as headaches and overall wellbeing.
She is currently in the process of completing her spray tan course and offers massage therapy services on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the summer months.
Meet resident nurse injector, Medical Megan Lohnes of ‘Inbloom Medical Aesthetics.’ Megan is an RN with a passion for finding a work/life balance. She is excited to offer you services such as botox, microneedling, chemical peels & b12 injections on Wednesday evenings.
Christina Palao is your bright light when it comes to movement. She is sure to move emotion through you on some of your hardest days leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and confident after any workout. She currently teaches a toning class on Mondays at 5:30pm & a Circl Mobility class on Wednesday’s at 5:30pm
Amber Myra RMT. Amber joined our team in June 2026, and is a recent honours massage therapy graduate of CCMH in Halifax. She brings a grounding presence to her practice, and has already continued her education in facial massage, cupping and guasha techniques. Her services have been described as gentle yet effective, bringing a light – moderate pressure to her services.
Amber has a founding client rate of 95+ HST for all of her services until September 1st and currently offers afternoon/evening availability on Mondays and Tuesdays as well as morning/afternoon availability on Thursdays and Fridays. At this time she has same week availability as she builds her clientele.
