Our full day Facial Massage training is a 1:1 mentorship day that includes 8-10 hours of learning depending on how fast you absorb information as well as tools associated to begin facial massage right away. Together we’ll go over:

Facial Theory & Anatomy – Deepen your learnings when it comes to the movement of facial muscles, lymphatics, ligaments and special structures.

Contraindications – There are some circumstances and conditions where facial massage may be contraindicated or recommended to proceed with caution. We will highlight these to ensure yours and your clients safety. 

Pre & Post Treatment – Including client health history, intake, suggested frequency of treatments, home care, proper sanitization of tools, home care and clients product recommendations. 

Tools of the Trade – Everything you need to have to create a successful facial massage offering

Lymphatic Drainage – Intro – learn the basics of facial lymphatic drainage massage as well as a brief intro to guasha and facial cupping

Therapeutic Techniques – to treat the following conditions: Migraines, Sinus Pain, TMJ Disorder, whiplash & limited neck movement, mindfulness for mental health.

Trauma Informed Techniques – including breath work, introduction to touch & safe space creation for clients

Marketing + Business – 1:1 time is reserved at the end of your training to create a customized business plan to market your new service offerings to your clientele, as well as to help uncover and spots that may feel ‘sticky,’ within your business.

Stretch Fairy Method ~ The Sculpted Face – Level 1 ~ Group Setting 8hrs / $349+HST September 19th 2026 12pm-7pm,

Max 8 Participants

Designed to teach confident, effective, facial massage techniques rooted in anatomy, flow, intentional touch and nervous system awareness. This group intensive offers the same elevated techniques and educational depth as my private trainings with a smaller investment, due to shared learning environment and a Level 1 foundations scope.

All level one students will receive tools to begin adding these techniques to their services immediately.

Together we’ll go over:

Trauma Informed Techniques – including breath work, introduction to touch & safe space creation for clients

Advertising – how to effectively market this service when advertising to new and existing clientele.

All students will be rewarded with a certificate upon completion, & will be given the tools required to start treating right away.
4 Primary CEUS for RMTS – (NS, Canada)
Course open to RMTS, aestheticians, & other body workers in similar industries to work within their existing scope. Please inquire before registering if you are unsure if your qualifications are in alignment with this offering.

Stretch Fairy Method ~ Sola Flow ~ September 20th $399+HST 10am -6pm

The intersection of science and energy to elevate your body work practice. Giving you the tools to treat your clients at a deep cellular level. Sola Flow is a methodology that I’ve created through years of being in this work. It’s a way of carrying yourself and your intentions throughout your treatment and time spent with your clients. It’s the awareness and trust in being able to look past the physical symptoms when nothing else has worked, and a chance to work with the emotional holding patterns of your clients. We store various emotions throughout our body, and through gentle touch, understanding of nerve and fascia, stretch therapy techniques and facial massage work, we can begin to work with the soul of your patient from a somatic lense. Helping to heal them at a deeper level. 

During our time together, we’ll touch on: 

>>Somatic understandings and why they’re relevant to your massage therapy or body work practice. 

>>Fascia ~ Understanding it’s holding capabilities and how to influence beautifully effective passive stretches of the upper body

>>Nervous system regulation ~ Gentle yet effective hands on techniques to bring stillness and safety into your clients body

>>Holding patterns of the upper extremities & specific conditions including headaches, migraines, jaw pain & shoulder tightness ~ and what emotions the body could be carrying without realizing, based on physical presentation. 

You’ll leave with:

>>A deeper understanding of the roll that somatics can play on the body

>>A heightened awareness and energetic presence when it comes to treating your clients

>>Advanced stretch therapy and fascia techniques of the face, neck and upper extremities that may be incorporated into your already existing facial massage flow, or in integration with other treatments where you see fit. 

>>A heightened treatment toolbox and confidence in your trade. 

Business Strategy Session | 60-90 minutes $249+HST
