Our Wellness Club offerings have been carefully curated to support you every step of the way through your life journey. Whether you’re looking to get rid of energy after a long day, bring energy back to your body, move in community or learn more about what your body is capable of, we’re happy to offer options for you.
You can purchase punch cards and memberships, or sign up for classes at any time using the buttons below.
Please note that all punch card and membership holders are still required to sign up for classes online to ensure that we have space for all members wanting to attend.
Our Wellness Club is growing into its own space and entity in October of 2025. The wellness Club will be located on the MAIN floor of HB Studios, while our 1:1 treatment space will continue to be upstairs. You can expect a wide variety of women’s focused movement, classes and opportunities – a beautiful expansion of what’s already working so well.


Join us on Class Fit!
If you plan to stick around for a while, and take advantage of punch cards and/or membership opportunities, we encourage you to find us on Class Fit. You will have 24/7 access to your classes right from your phone. A great way to know what’s upcoming, to track class credits, and to sign up at the last minute without needing to contact us first.


Soulful Stretch combines breath work, stretch therapy, self massage and mindfulness. A wonderful approach for those looking to work on their mobility and movement patterns while incorporating overall wellbeing into their routines. Note that stretch therapy is not yoga, although many attributes may feel familar. Stretch therapy is designed to help stretch your muscles, joint capsules and connective tissues.

Barre is without a doubt one of our most popular classes. Barre combines pilates, yoga, stretching & dance sequences for a high vibe heart rate elevated workout. You can expect a full body workout as we aim to stretch & strengthen all major muscle groups within the body.

Forme & Fire is where strength meets everything you love about barre classes. Forme & Fire introduces heavier weights into the class to encourage muscle growth, balance and strength.

Hosted By Instructor Christina Palao, Strong Nation & Tone classes are Zumba inspired workouts which creates your ideal ‘party’ atmosphere while you get your workout in.
Tone classes are an upper body focused movement session, using light weights or Zumba toning sticks, while strong nation is a full body workout with a circuit based approach.

Clinical Pilates acts as a lovely starting point for anyone wanting to begin or improve their movement journey. Shaelyn has 10+ years experience in depth anatomy knowledge through her massage therapy career, and brings it to light in a way you can understand. She gives you the tools necessary to begin healing your own body, and strengthening your deep core muscles, hip flexors and other muscles associated. She combines stretching, clinical pilates movement and breath work into your session while offering many modifications, making this the perfect class for you to build both strength and confidence in your mind and body.

On the Thursday Closest to the full moon, join us for Moonlit Massage & Sound Infusion – a beautiful offering that includes journaling and mindfulness, restorative yoga, massage, sound healing and oracle cards. This class is a premium service included in all memberships – but does count towards *two* classes on a drop in, punch card or membership with a set class per month allowance.
