Our full day Facial Massage training is a 1:1 mentorship day that includes 8-10 hours of learning depending on how fast you absorb information as well as tools associated to begin facial massage right away. Together we’ll go over:
Facial Theory & Anatomy – Deepen your learnings when it comes to the movement of facial muscles, lymphatics, ligaments and special structures.
Contraindications – There are some circumstances and conditions where facial massage may be contraindicated or recommended to proceed with caution. We will highlight these to ensure yours and your clients safety.
Pre & Post Treatment – Including client health history, intake, suggested frequency of treatments, home care, proper sanitization of tools, home care and clients product recommendations.
Tools of the Trade – Everything you need to have to create a successful facial massage offering
Lymphatic Drainage – Intro – learn the basics of facial lymphatic drainage massage as well as a brief intro to guasha and facial cupping
Therapeutic Techniques – to treat the following conditions: Migraines, Sinus Pain, TMJ Disorder, whiplash & limited neck movement, mindfulness for mental health.
Trauma Informed Techniques – including breath work, introduction to touch & safe space creation for clients
Marketing + Business – 1:1 time is reserved at the end of your training to create a customized business plan to market your new service offerings to your clientele, as well as to help uncover and spots that may feel ‘sticky,’ within your business.

Designed to teach confident, effective, facial massage techniques rooted in anatomy, flow and intentional touch. This group intensive offers the same elevated techniques and educational depth as my private trainings with a smaller investment, due to shared learning environment and a Level 1 foundations scope.
All level one students will receive tools to begin adding these techniques to their services immediately.
Together we’ll go over:

Level 1 is a prerequisite to level 2 training. Together we’ll go over: A quick refresh of Level 1 including: Facial Theory & Anatomy, Contraindications, Pre & Post Treatment, Tools of the Trade
Therapeutic Techniques – specific techniques and treatment plans to help with: Migraines, Sinus Pain, TMJ Disorder, whiplash & limited neck movement, mindfulness for mental health.
Passive Stretching – Passive stretching of the upper extremities to help improve fascial health, range of motion, joint health and muscle movement.
Nervous System Regulation – Trauma Informed Techniques – including breath work, introduction to touch & safe space creation for clients
